The State of New Mexico, through Albuquerque Aviation Academy, seeks a sole‑source contract to upgrade its existing Redbird commercial‑grade flight simulator. The work involves a hardware CPU upgrade, a one‑year RealNav software subscription, replacement of the 27‑inch monitor, an expansion kit for the Horizon Pro monitor, shipping of all components to the academy, and full installation and verification by qualified Redbird technicians. The upgrade must be manufacturer‑specific to ensure compatibility and continued support of the simulator.
