Description
The VA Boise Health Care System is seeking a contractor to provide Transfusion Medicine Reagent for testing and quality control purposes. The contractor will be required to provide reagents that are compatible with the Transfusion Services automated testing system. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option years.
• The contractor must be able to comply with all the requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing Automated Chemistry Immunochemistry Instrumentation.
• The contractor must provide 3 past contracts for the same or similar services.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and complete annual Representations and Certifications in SAM prior to any offer.
