Job Order Contracting Services for General Construction, HVAC, and Roofing

The Region 16 Education Service Center is seeking proposals for Job Order Contracting Services for General Construction, HVAC, and Roofing. The contract will be for a term of two years with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. The contractor will provide services to TexBuy members, which include governmental, public, and non-profit entities. The scope of work includes maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, remediation, or minor construction of facilities. The contractor will be required to provide a Construction Task Catalog with prepriced tasks and unit prices, as well as adjustment factors for normal working hours, other than normal working hours, and non-prepriced work. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to governmental entities. • The contractor must be able to provide a comprehensive maintenance program to maintain existing facility systems. • The contractor must be able to provide a turn-key solution that includes obtaining and delivering required supplies, materials, and equipment. • The contractor must be able to perform work in a designated zone, with the option to perform work outside of the designated zone at competitively bid adjustment factors.
