The State of New Hampshire is seeking a supplier to provide five complete liquid pre‑wet systems for road‑maintenance spreaders. Each system includes twin 75‑80 gal polyethylene tanks, stainless‑steel mounting hardware, a spray‑bar assembly, a gear‑pump unit (Bosch Rexroth or Oberdorfer), protective enclosure, wiring harness, and full documentation. The equipment must meet detailed material and dimensional specifications, include a minimum one‑year warranty (two‑year for tanks), and be delivered FOB destination to the NH Department of Transportation within 90 days of purchase order issuance. The contract is a one‑time purchase‑order award; prices are to be submitted in a firm, all‑inclusive offer.

• Must conform to stringent material specs (UV‑stabilized PE tanks, 304 SS hardware, specific port sizes, internal baffles, etc.).
