Description
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a contract for routine, professional lawn maintenance services to support the upkeep and enhance the overall appearance of Central Carolina Community College’s Chatham County campuses. These services are essential to maintaining a safe, clean, and accessible outdoor environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors throughout the year. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The College is seeking a vendor to provide lawn care and grounds maintenance services, including mowing, string trimming, edging, and debris cleanup. The vendor will be required to provide commercial-grade equipment and a dedicated workforce to perform the services.
• The contract will require the vendor to maintain the College's Chatham Main Campus, Chatham Health Sciences Center, and Siler City Center.
• The vendor will be required to provide pricing for full service visits, off-season cleanup visits, and as-needed services.
• The College will evaluate the vendor's proposal based on price, responsiveness, and responsibility.
• The vendor will be required to provide transition assistance to the College if the contract is terminated or not renewed.
