Morton Theatre Stage Access Renovation

The Athens-Clarke County Government is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for the renovation of the Morton Theatre stage access. The project includes the replacement of existing stage access stairs and balcony support columns. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the completion of the project. The contract performance period is expected to be 3 months. • The contractor must have experience in providing services to public sector organizations, specifically in historic theatres. • The contractor must have qualified staff assigned to the contract. • The contractor must have a good understanding of the requirements and the ability to follow engineering specifications. • The contractor must provide references, including applicable past work with the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County. • The contractor must have adequate equipment and supplies to perform the work. • The contractor must have a good safety record and provide a written safety program.
