Description
The State of South Carolina is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS), cloud-based post-election audit software solution to support the SC State Election Commission and local election offices in conducting secure and accurate post-election audits. The solution shall support ballot-level audit methodologies, integrate with certified voting systems, and enable independent verification of election results using ballot images, ballot definition files, and cast vote records. The contract will have a maximum period of 5 years, with an initial term of 1 year and four optional renewal terms of 1 year each. The contractor will be required to provide pricing for regular and potential election events, as well as a detailed cost breakdown of the proposed prices.
