BPA Quality Assurance Testing for USACE Sacramento District

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District intends to solicit multiple offers for Quality Assurance (QA) Testing for its area of responsibility (AOR). The QA laboratory testing included in this solicitation will be available for all civil, military, and Veteran’s Affair sites within SPK’s AOR. The issued agreements under this procurement will be commercial, performance-based, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541380 Testing Laboratory. • The BPA holder(s) will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform field and laboratory testing services. • The requirement will call for 100 percent pricing for all tests included in the price list for the Region. • Not all Regions are required, and the offeror will be required to indicate which Region(s) they are interested in performing. • Subcontracting opportunities may be available for tests that cannot be self-performed.
