Link-Belt Crane Outrigger Service

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract for Link-Belt Crane Outrigger Service. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, and materials required to replace four outrigger beam extension hydraulic cylinders on a Link-Belt RTC8065 Telescopic Boom Swing Cab Crane. The work includes removing the old cylinders, installing new OEM replacements, bleeding the hydraulic system, and disposing of the replaced cylinders and waste fluids. The contractor must follow all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, practices, and guidelines. • The contractor is responsible for all travel, removal, and reinstallation of interferences, parts, materials, and labor to accomplish the work. • The contractor must provide brand-new OEM parts authorized by Link-Belt. • The contractor shall dispose of all replaced cylinders and waste fluids in accordance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
