Budget estimate

$30,000 – $60,000

The renovated comfort station is modest in size (approximately 146 sf). Typical renovation costs for small public restrooms in Virginia range from $200 to $400 per square foot when accounting for demolition, new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, ADA finishes, and contingency. Applying that range yields an estimated contract value of roughly $30,000 on the low end to $60,000 on the high end. The final amount will depend on the selected fixtures, finish quality, and any unforeseen site conditions.
