Peer Support-Substance Use

The County of Columbia is seeking proposals for Peer Support-Substance Use services. The goal of these services is to provide individuals with a sustainable recovery and wellness plan. The services will be provided to support individuals in their recovery from substance use. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing peer support services to individuals with substance use disorders • Developing and implementing sustainable recovery and wellness plans • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care • Providing support and guidance to individuals in their recovery journey The ideal applicant will have experience in providing peer support services, knowledge of substance use disorders, and the ability to develop and implement effective recovery plans.
