Two 2025 New Ford Escapes

The City of Urbana is seeking to purchase two 2025 Ford Escapes to serve as administrative vehicles for the Urbana Police Department. The vehicles should be in a neutral color and meet the specified requirements. The contract will be awarded to the vendor with the lowest lump sum pricing proposal. The vendor must provide all manufacturer documentation, including certificates of origin, warranty paperwork, and owner’s manuals upon delivery. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the city. • The vehicles should be in a neutral color such as black, white, silver, tan, or gray. • The vehicles should be 2025 Ford Escapes with a standard gasoline engine and automatic transmission. • The vehicles should have a standard cloth or comparable interior finish suitable for administrative use. • The vehicles should have air conditioning and heating system, power windows and locks, keyless entry, backup camera, Bluetooth connectivity, and all-weather floor mats. • The vendor must provide a full-size spare tire or tire repair kit. • The vendor must provide manufacturer’s standard warranty. • The vehicles must be new and unused, with less than 100 delivery miles. • The vendor must provide all manufacturer documentation, including certificates of origin, warranty paperwork, and owner’s manuals upon delivery.
