The space must include a secondary egress, parking for three government vehicles (24 × 7) and additional visitor parking, daytime janitorial services, and prominent signage. Lessor must be active in SAM.gov with a valid UEI/CAGE before final offer submission. Evaluation will consider location, ability to meet construction and security specifications, timeliness and completeness of offers, cost competitiveness, and qualitative mission ratings. The lease includes a termination clause allowing the government to end the agreement with reasonable notice after a specified month.
