Lobbying Services

The Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Lobbying Services. The contract term is expected to be for two years, subject to Board of Examiners approval. The scope of work includes providing lobbying services as described in the attachment. Vendors must submit their proposals through nevadaepro.com. The evaluation criteria include Nevada Professional Licensing Board Experience, Healthcare-Related Policy and Stakeholder Experience, Company Experience, Key Personnel, and Qualifications, Approach and Performance Plan, and Cost Proposal / Fee Structure. • The State intends to award one contract in conjunction with this request for proposals. • The resulting contract is expected to be for a contract term of two years. • The State reserves the right to modify the proposed timeline. • Vendors must submit their responses through nevadaepro.com. • The evaluation committee is an independent committee established to evaluate and score qualitative evaluation factors for the solicitation.
