Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 6,010 calendars and 5,582 envelopes for the 2026 SRS Community Preparedness Brochure Calendar. The calendars should be 11 x 8.5 inches in size, with 40 total pages including covers, and should be printed in 4CP and black ink. The envelopes should be #9 wove booklet envelopes, white, and 9 x 12 inches in size. The contractor will be responsible for printing, binding, and distributing the calendars and envelopes. The delivery schedule is as follows: 478 copies of the calendar and 50 envelopes should be delivered to Aiken, SC by 12/10/2025, and the remaining 5,532 calendars should be mailed to various addresses using bulk mail fourth-class postal indicia.
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment can be made.
• The contractor must submit quotes via the Quick Quote system.
• The contractor must provide preproduction samples for approval before commencing production.
• The contractor must comply with the GPO Contract Terms and the quality assurance levels and standards specified in the contract.
