Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for CEC Signal Data Processor upgrade, evaluation, and repair. This is a sole source procurement, and the government intends to solicit and negotiate with one of two sources only: Sechan Electronics INC. or Leonardo DRS, INC. The solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13.106-1.
• The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one of two sources only.
• Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments.
• The solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13.106-1.
• A synopsis combination with Solicitation Number N0016426Q0043 is hereby issued as an attachment.
• All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.
