Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide certified sports officiating and score‑keeping services for intramural and varsity programs at Little Rock Air Force Base. The effort covers softball, flag football, basketball, and volleyball across both regular season and playoff contests, with all equipment, transportation, and supervision supplied by the contractor. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, five‑year IDIQ with a base year and up to four annual option years. The work volume is high, roughly 1,200 contests per year, billed per‑contest, and the contractor must manage personnel qualifications, base access, and rapid replacement of officials.
• Provide NASO‑certified officials and scorekeepers for ~1,200 games annually
• Supply all officiating equipment, uniforms, and transportation for personnel to LRAFB
