RFI - DIT-EPCI Project and Operational Management Platform

The University of Maryland Division of Information Technology (DIT) is seeking a project and operational management platform to support project tracking, portfolio governance, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. The platform should have the ability to create project schedules, track risks, issues, and dependencies, store project artifacts, and provide dashboards and reports. The platform should also have the ability to support cross-team collaboration, have different levels of access, and be able to integrate with Google tools, Workday, and Jira. The University is looking for a platform that can meet their requirements and provide a robust reporting capability to support operational management, executive communications, and annual performance documentation. Some of the key features required include: • Ability to create project schedules and track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies/Decisions) • Ability to store project artifacts and provide dashboards and reports • Ability to support cross-team collaboration and have different levels of access • Ability to integrate with Google tools, Workday, and Jira • Ability to provide robust reporting capabilities to support operational management, executive communications, and annual performance documentation
