Spatial Light Modulator

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a firm-fixed-price quotation for a Spatial Light Modulator and a Benchtop Thermoelectric Liquid Chiller. The requirements for the line items are outlined in the attached Specifications document. Quoters must provide a technical quotation, a price quotation, and terms and conditions. The Government will award a contract to the responsible quoter whose quotation is the most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. • The Spatial Light Modulator must meet or exceed all specifications outlined in the Specifications document. • The Benchtop Thermoelectric Liquid Chiller must meet or exceed all specifications outlined in the Specifications document. • Quoters must provide a firm fixed price for each required line item, including a unit price and total amount where applicable. • Quoters must include shipping and delivery costs in their quotation. • Quoters must review the provision and clauses attachment and complete any required information.
