CITY ENTRY SIGN REPLACEMENT PROJECT

The City of North Richland Hills is seeking a consultant to replace the city entry signs at select entryways. The existing signs were constructed in 2001 and have reached their life expectancy. The replacement project will ensure the city is represented well at its entryways, and digital displays on two of the eleven signs will provide another avenue to engage residents. The scope of work includes site assessment, design specification, digital display integration, and final construction documents. The City will evaluate submissions based on firm and team credentials, relevant project experience, project understanding and approach, knowledge of local context, and completeness and presentation. • The project requires design, engineering, and bidding support services. • The consultant will provide a bid-ready plan set for the installation of the new signs. • The City reserves the right to reject in part or in whole all bids submitted and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the City. • The deadline for receipt of written questions is January 22, 2026, and all SOQs shall be evaluated by a City staff review committee.
