Cleaning of sewer pump station wet wells

The Town of North Andover is soliciting bids from experienced contractors to perform scheduled cleaning of five sewer pump station wet wells. The contractor will be required to clean, remove, and dispose of grease, grit, and debris from the Town's sewer pump stations. The services under this task shall include the use of a 5,000 gallon (minimum) pumper-vacuum truck and operator, use of a vactor truck, and use of a clamshell truck for the removal of grease, grit, and rags from the listed sewer pump station's wet wells. • The contractor must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years experience providing the required cleaning of SPS wet wells. • The contractor shall submit a complete list of all contracts performed in the past three (3) years with contact names and telephone numbers. • The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and vehicles as required for work in accordance with the scope of services. • The contractor will be required to enter confined spaces and thus must possess all necessary equipment to enter such spaces and must adhere to all Town of North Andover Lockout/Tag-out procedures.
