The Bureau of Land Management’s Roseburg District is seeking a contractor to remove and replace two existing electronic gate openers at its Oregon facilities. The work includes field verification of existing power, installation of new 115‑V gate operators, integration with existing access‑card readers and ground sensors, testing, and commissioning while maintaining one gate operational at all times.
