BID NOTICE: SALVAGEABLE ITEMS

The City of Minot is selling salvageable items (e.g., furnaces, cabinets, HVAC units) located inside four recently acquired structures. Items are sold “as‑is” with no warranties, as a single package per address. Bidders must submit a sealed bid envelope (or a 5 % bid bond) by the deadline, and the highest bidder must pay any balance within five days and remove the items at their own expense within ten business days. The only opportunity to view the items is on 15 September 2026, 10 AM‑noon. The sale is governed by city procurement rules and the city reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
