QuantStudio 12K Flex Real-Time PCR System

The Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) intends to enter into a sole-source contract with FISHER SCIENTIFIC COMPANY L.L.C. dba FISHER HEALTHCARE for the procurement of a QuantStudio 12K Flex Real-Time PCR System and related accessories. The system includes an OpenArray Block and Laptop, as well as upgrade kits for a Fast 96-well Block and a TaqMan Array Card Block. The contract also includes installation qualification and operational qualification services for the block configurations. • The QuantStudio 12K Flex Real-Time PCR System is a laboratory instrument used for real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis. • The system includes an OpenArray Block and Laptop. • The contract includes upgrade kits for a Fast 96-well Block and a TaqMan Array Card Block. • Installation qualification and operational qualification services are required for the block configurations. • The delivery schedule is as soon as possible after receipt of order. • All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications.
