The County of Riverside, through its Information Technology department (RCIT), is seeking authorized Gigamon resellers to provide two separate quotations: one for a Gigamon chassis hardware refresh and another for a 12‑month software support renewal. The hardware refresh includes a GigaVUE‑HC1 chassis with power supplies, fan tray, and networking cages. The software renewal covers monthly term licenses for GigaVUE‑OS, GigaSMART, de‑duplication, and related Elite‑Plus support features. Bidders must submit formal quotes on business letterhead, include all required certifications, and meet a firm‑price period of 90 days. The contract period is 12 months with electronic delivery of software licenses.
