Articulate 360 with AI Subscription

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for an Articulate 360 with AI Subscription. The subscription is for a comprehensive eLearning platform that simplifies course creation and delivery, allowing users to develop interactive courses efficiently. The software features a modern interface, enabling team collaboration and seamless deployment, all while being cloud-based. The required services include providing the Articulate 360 with AI Subscription - Teams Plan, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The contractor must also provide a minimum of three verifiable references for current or previous contracts of the same size and for similar or same services within the last three years. • The contract will be for an initial term with renewal options. • The contractor must perform services Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Central Time). • The contractor must respond to all service calls within four hours of HHSC Agency request. • The contractor must provide services on state holidays, if required, at no additional expense to HHSC. • The contractor must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and provide documentation of experience and qualifications with the response.
