Wayne State University seeks a qualified vendor to lead a comprehensive transformation of its admissions operations by consolidating undergraduate and graduate admissions into a single Technolutions Slate instance, redesigning marketing and CRM automation across 13 colleges, and delivering hands‑on technical configuration and programming of the Slate platform. The scope includes business‑process redesign, staffing recommendations, full technical implementation, project management, documentation, and adherence to data‑security and non‑disclosure requirements. The effort must start on or before early January 2024 and be completed by mid‑December 2024.
