Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking a contractor to provide flooring tile epoxy application services at the LetterKenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA. The project involves applying epoxy on approximately 900 square feet of polymer resin tiling in a break room. The epoxy must be abrasion, slip, and stain resistant. The contractor must submit a price quotation in response to this RFQ, and the initial Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) is attached for contractor reference.
