Description
The Maryland Stadium Authority is seeking a qualified construction management firm to provide pre-construction services for the Regency Furniture Stadium Improvements project. The selected firm will be responsible for providing design phase project cost estimating and budgeting, scheduling, project phasing/site logistics, constructability reviews, value management/engineering, quality assurance, trade contractor capacity analysis, scope definitions, and procurement strategy. The project is expected to be completed in several phases, with the pre-construction services contract being the first phase. The contract will include a fixed fee for pre-construction services and a contingency amount to be used by MSA in its sole discretion.

• The project is located in Waldorf, MD, and is the home of the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs.
• The stadium is expected to undergo significant improvements to ensure compliance with the Professional Development League (PDL) Standards recently adopted by MLB.
• The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed work plan, including a preliminary phasing and logistics plan, a CPM schedule, and an MBE outreach plan.
• The firm will also be required to provide proof of insurance and a completed Corporate Diversity Affidavit.
