Description
The Pierce County Board of Education is seeking a Construction Management at Risk firm to provide services for the additions and modifications to Pierce County Middle School and Patterson Elementary School. The project includes site work, building construction, selected demolition, fixed equipment, and millwork. The successful firm will be responsible for pre-construction design phase services, bidding and award phase services, construction phase services, and warranty phase services.
• The project has a preliminary construction budget of $4,500,000.
• The project is expected to be completed by January 2027.
• The Construction Management at Risk firm will be responsible for providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project.
• The firm will be responsible for managing the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• The firm will be required to provide a fee proposal for pre-construction services, general conditions, and construction management services.
