Asphaltic Emulsions

The County of Fresno is soliciting bids to establish a Master Agreement for the provision of SS-1h and other various asphaltic emulsions. The Master Agreement will be for an initial three years, with two optional one-year extensions. The County does not guarantee a minimum or maximum number of orders, total fees, or any fee to be awarded through the Agreement. • The bidder must provide a list of at least five customers for whom they have recently provided similar products/services. • The bidder must comply with all specifications, including material quality, packaging, and delivery requirements. • The bidder must provide a quotation schedule with pricing for each item, including labor, materials, transportation, fees, permits, insurances, licenses, taxes, and overhead. • The bidder must adhere to the availability of product once an order is placed, subject to penalty fees. • The County reserves the right to conduct testing on the asphalt emulsion to verify compliance with specifications.
