The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking qualified Emerging Small Business contractors to perform a series of miscellaneous repairs at the Government Camp Maintenance Station, including fuel‑station island rail replacement, sand‑shed roof and flashing work, and HVAC upgrades to the maintenance building. The work is contractually bound by public‑improvement terms, requires a performance bond, and must be completed by the end of 2027.
• Base‑bid Item 1: Replace rub‑rail and repair concrete at the fuel station (lump‑sum).
