Emergency - 16" Sewer Force Main Repair Volvo Pkwy

The City of Chesapeake is seeking bids for an emergency repair of a 16" Sewer Force Main along Volvo Parkway near Kempsville Road. The repair was reported on August 14, 2025, and Bridgeman Civil, Inc. has already mobilized to fix the ruptured main. Hepaco, LLC has also been involved in cleaning the area near the Greenbrier Country Club, removing deceased fish resulting from storm drain sewage infiltration.
