MCAGCC/MAGTFTC Air Ambulance MEDEVAC Services

The United States Marine Corps is seeking a contractor to provide 24/7 air ambulance services for the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) and Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC) in Twentynine Palms, California. The contractor will be required to provide a rotary-wing air asset with a flight crew capable of providing on-call aero-medical ambulance services and in-flight treatment of military, training staff, and any personnel aboard MCAGCC. The contractor will also be required to provide Level I, II, and III air ambulance services, as well as Category IV non-medical air transportation services. • The contractor will be required to maintain a standby rotary-wing air asset with a flight crew capable and certified to provide on-call aero-medical ambulance services and in-flight treatment of military, training staff, and any personnel aboard MCAGCC. • The contractor will be required to provide air ambulance services and non-medical air transportation services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Air Mobility Command Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB) regulatory requirements. • The contractor will be required to provide a primary aircraft and a backup aircraft for Level I-III standby. • The contractor will be required to provide medical specialists sufficient to meet the needs of the patients transported under this agreement.
