Description
The U.S. House of Representatives, through the Government Publishing Office, is seeking a vendor to produce 10,000 No. 3 “Coin” envelopes (white, 24 lb wove) to precise construction and printing specifications. The contract requires either fully digital or fully offset production (no mixed methods) meeting Quality Level III standards, with delivery by 30 September 2026 (or sooner). The vendor must re‑package the envelopes in boxes of 500, apply GPO‑approved carton labels, and provide traceable shipping to the GPO central receiving facility in Washington, DC, with a separate sample shipment of five envelopes.
