Preventive Maintenance for STERIS Small Steam Sterilizers and Single-Chamber Washer/Disinfectors

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for STERIS Small Steam Sterilizers and Single-Chamber Washer/Disinfectors at the 6th Medical Group (MDG), Dental Facility, MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), Florida. The contractor will be required to provide preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, calibration, diagnostics, installation of replacement parts, and other actions to return the equipment to original manufacturer's specifications. The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) certified service provider. Some key requirements include: * Providing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance services * Meeting OEM specifications and compliance with ISO 9001 standards * Providing telephone assistance during business hours * Responding to corrective maintenance calls within 2 hours and on-site within 8 hours * Submitting signed service reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or biomedical equipment technician
