Description
The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking bids to provide labor, materials, equipment, and all other incidentals necessary to supply and install furnishings for the Judge's Bench Area. The project includes the installation of new furnishings such as the judge's bench, witness stand, reporter's desk, clerk's desk, attorney's table, podium, bailiff station, and railing with a swinging gate. The bidder must coordinate floor plan information with the riser contractor and ensure that all materials meet the specified standards. The project is expected to be completed during the Christmas holidays of 2025.
• The bidder must hold a Louisiana State Contractor's License and provide a written 25-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• The bidder must comply with all provisions of Louisiana Law and the Jefferson Parish Code of Ordinances.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and meet the standard insurance requirements.
• The bidder must submit a completed, signed, and properly notarized Generic Bid Affidavit.
• The bidder must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and sign in and out as evidence of attendance.
