Rehabilitation of Bridge No. 01431; Carrying I-291 over the Connecticut River

The City of Norwich seeks qualified landscape architectural firms or multidisciplinary teams to develop a community outreach plan and a conceptual design for a new passive recreational park on the former Capehart Mill site. The work includes stakeholder engagement, site analysis, and preparation of conceptual plans that will guide future park development. The project is funded by a $30 K allocation from a State of Connecticut DEEP CERCLA grant. • Deliver a comprehensive community outreach strategy and report. • Produce conceptual site design drawings and design narratives for the park. • Coordinate with city officials and grant administrators throughout the study phase.
