Pinecrest Pump Station Replacement

The Town of Holliston is seeking bids for the replacement of the Pinecrest Golf Club pump station. The project includes the disconnection and reconnection of suction and supply waterlines, disconnection and reconnection of electrical power, removal and disposal of the existing pump station, and installation of a new pump station. The new pump station should have cellular-based remote monitoring and control capabilities. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in golf course pumping system installation and repair, and must be an approved installer of the proposed pumping station. The contractor must also provide proof of general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Key considerations for this project include: • The pump station must be replaced with a comparable system that meets the existing specifications and quality of the Watertronics system • The contractor must have experience with municipal installations and be an approved installer of the proposed equipment • The system must include an automatic priming system and an HDPE suction line with foot valve and float • The contractor must provide a minimum of three references for similar work completed in the last five years • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage rates and workforce participation goals
