UND Condensate Replacement MH 1-3 to MH 1-5

University of North Dakota is seeking a qualified contractor to replace approximately 764 feet of condensate piping between Mechanical Hub (MH) 1‑3 and MH 1‑5 on its Grand Forks campus. UND will supply the pipe; the contractor is responsible for demolition of existing pipe, installation of new pipe, back‑fill, restoration, and compliance with all safety, environmental, and utility coordination requirements. The work must be completed by August 1 2026 and is subject to a $1,500 per day liquidated‑damage clause for late completion.
