Description
Eastern Kentucky University is seeking proposals for Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) Supply Services. The contract will be for an initial term of approximately 1 year with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. The university is looking for multiple responsible contractors to provide MRO supply services, including labor, shipping, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and other necessary services. The proposal should include pricing information, product descriptions, and other relevant details.
• The scope of work includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for MRO services.
• The university requires contractors to have a permanent place of business, suitable financial status, technical experience, and appropriate licensing and insurance.
