Description
The City of Rockford is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance services for various city-owned buildings. The contract will be for an initial term of one year with four optional one-year extensions. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the elevators, as well as responding to service calls within two hours of notification. The contractor must also develop a preventative maintenance program and provide a detailed proposal outlining their qualifications, experience, and pricing.
