The State of South Carolina is establishing a statewide term contract for the purchase of large agricultural tractors, multi‑purpose units, and tractor‑mounted mowers ranging from 75.1 to 340 PTO horsepower. The contract will be awarded to up to six vendors per line item based on the highest percentage discount off the manufacturer’s catalog price (minimum 25 % for tractors, 20 % for mowers). The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price, one‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals. Vendors must be registered South Carolina suppliers, provide a 1.25 % administrative services fee, and submit a detailed pricing worksheet, certification, warranty documentation, and quarterly fee reports. Delivery deadlines are 180 days for tractors and 90 days for mowers after receipt of purchase order, with five gallons of fuel on delivery, safety markings, warranty, and training requirements.
