The Spokane Airport Board seeks a qualified engineering consulting firm (or consortium) to deliver full‑service professional engineering, design, and construction‑management support for a suite of airfield improvement projects at Spokane International Airport and Spokane Felts Field. The effort includes civil, geotechnical, electrical, environmental, and survey engineering, as well as the preparation of bid documents and oversight of construction activities. The selected firm will negotiate a lump‑sum design fee and a not‑to‑exceed construction‑management arrangement, complying with FAA AIP regulations and related advisory circulars. • Design services covering runway, taxiway, apron, and related airfield infrastructure. • Geotechnical, electrical, environmental, and survey engineering components. • Construction‑management administration, including contract oversight, safety, and inspections. • Compliance with FAA Airport Improvement Program requirements and ACs. • Negotiated Professional Service Agreement to be awarded in January 2027.
