District of Alaska - Guard Transportation Services

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is seeking a vendor to provide secure prisoner transportation services in the District of Alaska. The contractor will be responsible for transporting federal detainees between detention facilities and courthouses in Anchorage, Alaska. The services will include maintaining custody of detainees during transit, providing trained security officers and secure vehicles, and accommodating last-minute transport requests. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing detainee custody and transport. • The contractor must have an existing operational presence in Anchorage, Alaska. • The contractor must provide armed transportation officers and secure vehicles. • The contractor must be able to respond to short-notice requests for transportation. • The contractor must comply with USMS policies and procedures. • The contractor must provide monthly reports to the COR and CO.
