MAGNETRON ELECTRON TUBE

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a firm fixed price, commercial, sole source brand name procurement for the acquisition of Magnetron Electron Tube. The proposed contract action is for the supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source only, CPI Electron Device Business, Inc. The contract is expected to be for a period of 9 months. The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items. • The contract requires the delivery of 7 Magnetron Electron Tubes with a part number of SFD341N. • The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the contract. • The contract includes clauses related to item unique identification, valuation, and reporting. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
