The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking professional consulting services to provide Structural Engineering Services under a prepositioned contract. The contract will be used during emergency and exigent circumstances that require adherence to Federal Laws and Guidelines. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida. • The contract is for structural engineering services, which may include design, inspection, and analysis of buildings and infrastructure. • The contract will be used during emergency and exigent circumstances, such as natural disasters or other crises. • The contractor must comply with Federal Grant Requirements, 2 CFR part 200, terms, conditions, and specifications. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required for the project. • The contractor must adhere to Federal Laws and Guidelines, including those related to procurement, contracting, and ethics.
