Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Satellite Processing and Integration Facility Support Extension

The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a modification to a sole source contract to support a satellite processing and integration facility. The facility will accommodate up to 21 satellites and associated dispenser hardware, and will support post-transport functional testing, satellite mechanical and electrical mates to the dispenser hardware, and integrated payload stack encapsulation. The contract modification is anticipated to be awarded in December 2025 and will extend the period of performance for 1 year with a 1-year Option period. • The contract is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. • The total estimated value of the extension is $29,200,000. • The award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1). • This is not a request for competitive proposals and is published for informational purposes only.
