Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking a compact track loader for the Warm Springs Agency. The loader should have at least 90+ horsepower, a track width of 17", selectable joystick controls, 2-speed travel mode, backup alarm and horn, enclosed cab with AC and heater, front and rear work lights, attachment control kit, hi-flo hydraulics, keyless start, air ride cloth seat, and rear view camera. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the delivery date is 07/15/2026. The contractor must submit a quote that includes the price for the loader, as well as any additional costs. The BIA will evaluate the quotes based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
• The contract is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).
• The contractor must submit a signed and completed copy of the attached IEE Representation Form.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of completion and a release of claims against the government.
• The contractor must use the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) to submit invoices for payment.
• The contractor must notify the contracting officer immediately in writing if there is any owner change affecting compliance with the Indian Economic Enterprise representation.
