Navajo Department of Airport Management (NDAM) seeks five complete tractor packages to support airport maintenance and operations. Each package must include a Massey Ferguson MF 4710 4×4 cab tractor (or equal) with a compatible front loader, a Degelman 8‑ft snow pusher, a Brush Chief 8‑ft rotary cutter, and a Cammond 96‑in. industrial box scraper, plus all necessary mounting hardware, manuals, warranties, and on‑site training. The contract is a straightforward equipment purchase; all proposals must be sealed, hand‑carried, and include full itemized pricing that incorporates a 6 % Navajo Nation sales tax. NDAM will evaluate technical compliance, price reasonableness, warranty/support, delivery schedule, and vendor experience.
